Lead Developer
Job description & requirements:

We are looking for a competent Lead Developer (full-stack) to work together in developing Cashtree’s services.

Responsibilities:

1. Work full stack and across code bases in supporting of our platform
Lead and participate in software architecture design sessions.

2. Design, develop and deploy world class products that our customers love.

3. Collaborate cross-functionally on all aspects of our products
Be a mentor to the team of engineers.

Requirements :

1. BS/S1 degree or equivalent with GPA > 2.75.

2. Minimum of 6 years experience writing web or mobile applications for the real world.

3. 2 years of experience in leading and mentoring a team of engineers.

4. 2 years’ experience in senior management roles or equivalent, managing product team.

Required skills:

PHP, HTML, CSS, JS/ jQuery, SQL, Android /iOS.

Optional experiences in using PHP7, Nodejs, Serverless(AWS API Gateway+Lambda),  PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, AWS services ( EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront, SNS, SQS, RedShift, Route53, etc) is a plus.

Broad experience with iterative development with quick release cycles, such as   Agile/SCRUM/TDD methodologies and associated tools.

Strong leadership, team building and influence skills.
