As a Social Media Manager at Xiaomi Indonesia, you will work as a part of Xiaomi’s social media team alongside other business units to retain, engage, and acquire users for our social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Xiaomi Indonesia’s brand on all social media platforms
- Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers and complementary brands
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities that include: 1) Developing relevant topics to engage current users and to acquire more users, 2) Design, create, and manage promotions and social media campaigns, making sure it fits in Xiaomi Indonesia’s overall marketing plans, 3) Oversee design and copywriting, making sure that it fits Xiaomi Indonesia’s tonality and attitude, and 4) Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy where needed
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)
- Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices
Requirements:
- 5 - 8 years social media experience in the technology industry
- Experience with developing social media strategies across all social media channels
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
- Ability to measure success of social media campaigns
- Fluent/native-level Bahasa Indonesia with working level English
- Smartphone enthusiast and geek at heart
- Experience in tech, marketing, or copywriting
- Overseas education or experience is a plus
